Swedish Massage
Designed to promote relaxation, improve circulation, relieve muscle tension and reduce stress. A Swedish Massage includes long strokes on the superficial layers of muscles combined with active and passive movement of the joint
Deep Tissue
A firm to deep-pressure massage, deep tissue focuses on the deeper layers of muscles to relieve chronic pain associated with whiplash, herniations, improper posture, adhesions and many other ailments. This utilizes techniques such as compression, myofascial relief, friction, trigger point therapy and stretching to effectively restore the body to its natural, pain-free state.
Trigger Point Therapy
Applies concentrated finger pressure to “trigger point” (painful irritated areas of spasm and pain in muscle)
Stretching/Sport Massage
The 75-minute massage is for the active individual looking to achieve the best results from one’s workout routine. This incorporates a vigorous massage, the utilization of active and passive assisted stretching, and active isolated release and joint capsule work to repair and relieve overworked muscles, help to prevent injury, increase range of motion, and improve mechanics.
Pregnancy Massage

A massage technique using hot basalt stones to relax sore muscle, relieve stiff joints and increase circulation throughout the body. With a moderate pressure the deep penetration of heat combined with stones placed on energy points with result in a state of calm, yet rejuvenated balance of energy.
Cupping Massage
Cupping is an ancient Chinese form of alternative medicine in which a local suction is created on the skin to mobilize blood flow in order to promote healing. Suction is created using heat or mechanical devices. Cupping is used to treat back and neck pains, stiff muscles, anxiety, fatigue, migraines, rheumatism and even cellulite.
